About the project

This 223 m² house in Misaktsieli is compact but spatially flexible: the rooms are planned so their function can easily change as the family's needs change.

The building responds to the natural landscape — its form and openings are oriented to the views. The compact form also lowers the construction cost: fewer external walls and less roof mean less material and less heat loss.
