The size of a house design is set by the plot, the family's needs and the budget. A 60–80 m² house design is a compact, economical solution for a small family or a country house — with two bedrooms and an open-plan living room and kitchen.
A 100 m² house design is the most popular format: three bedrooms, a spacious living room and two bathrooms on one or two floors. A 120 or 150 m² house design adds extra space — a study, a walk-in wardrobe, a terrace or a garage. We create every house design individually, tailored to your plot.
A single-storey house design suits older people and large plots, where all the floor area fits comfortably on one level. A two-storey house design gives more living space on a small plot and separates the night zone (bedrooms) from the day zone.
A mansard house design is the middle option — extra rooms under the roof at a lower construction cost. When choosing the type, we take into account the K1 and K2 coefficients, the plot's terrain, the sun's direction and the construction budget, so the house design is optimal in both function and price.
