A holiday home is far more focused on nature than a city home — what matters most are the views, the light, the terraces and the blend of indoor and outdoor space. That's why the design starts with an analysis of the plot's terrain and orientation.
We create a comfortable, economical, low-maintenance house that works in every season.
The full design of a holiday home includes:
- 1Concept and 3DLayout, facade and visualisation for approval.
- 2Working drawingsDetailed drawings and the structure for construction.
- 3PermitDocumentation and approval for the building permit.

Frequently asked questions
The cost of building a cottage depends on the floor area, the material (timber, block or frame), the foundation and the level of finish.
